TransFlex human OAT1B3 (SLCO1B3) plates are available—with either MDCK-II or CHO cells—in a 96-well format with variable plate configurations. The plates are ready to use after an overnight incubation—no change of medium required.
In the graph above, TransFlex-OATP1B3 plate performance is demonstrated by the OATP1B3-mediated transport of CCK8, and the inhibition of that transport by the OATP1B3 inhibitor rifampicin.
