TransFlex human OATP1BI (SLCO1B1) plates are available—with either MDCK-II or CHO cells—in a 96-well format with variable plate configurations. The plates are ready to use after an overnight incubation—no change of medium required.
In the graph above, TransFlex-OATP1B1 plate performance is demonstrated by OATP1B1-mediated transport of E17βG, and inhibition of that transport by the OATP1B1 inhibitor rifampicin.
