TransFlex human MATE1 (SLC47A1) plates are available in a 96-well format with variable plate configurations. The plates are ready to use after an overnight incubation—no change of medium required.
In the graph above, TransFlex-MATE1 plate performance is demonstrated by MATE1-mediated transport of metformin, and inhibition of that transport by the MATE1 inhibitor cimetidine.
